Living Well With Bell, founded by fitness and lifestyle coach Bell in 2014, is a journey to change your life. Not only physical but most importantly educating you and providing you the mindset skills/ knowledge to keep you on track. We focus on 5 major aspects of healthy living such as Clean and Healthy foods, customizable workout segments, Mental and Spiritual Awareness, Long term planning. In addition, educating you on the importance cautious food intake and exercise. Living Well is just physical, it’s a lifestyle change.
